Trisha’s Mom Refused To Work With Kamal Haasan

Uma Krishan, Trisha’s mom has denied media reports doing the rounds that she is making her debut in movies. Last week, some internet sites went to town that Uma is doing a small role in KS Ravikumar’s Manmadhan Ambu , in which Trisha plays heroine to Kamal Haasan.

Uma Krishnan who is back in Chennai after a 10-day break on the Mediterranean cruise with her daughter and the Manmadha Ambu units says: “ I came back to know that news about me doing a role in the film was all over.

It sounded bizarre, as I am definitely not doing the film and acting is not my cup of tea”. Uma is miffed that no one even cared to clarify it with her before putting the news up. About her experience on the cruise liner, she is all excited and says:

“It was a once in a life time experience for me. All of us had a whale of the time and it was mind blowing”. She also tells us that shooting is going on in brisk pace and all the unit members will be back by the last week of July in Chennai.
