Jaya TV cancelled actress Kushboo's Jackpot programme for DMK party

Popular actress Kushboo was conducting a programme called Jackpot in Jaya TV. This popular show was on the air for a long time. The dresses worn by Kushboo were much spoken about by the women folk. This programme was telecast every Sunday night at 8 p m.

This programme was also telecast on the forthcoming Fridays. Last Friday, Kushboo joined the DMK party in the presence of the Chief Minister M Karunanidhi. The Jackpot programme which was supposed to be telecast on that Friday was cancelled.

Some other programme was telecast instead of this. Even yesterday also the programme was not aired, though these episodes featuring Kushboo was shot earlier. The reason for calling back this programme was because that she had joined the DMK party.

Kushboo while speaking about this said,” I expected this when I joined the DMK party. There was no communication to me with regard to this. I had participated in that programme as an actress. It is decision of the channel to cancel the show.”
