Enthiran In Music World’s Top 10 Songs

While criticisms are normally part of each and every form of art, they do succeed in their own right. Who better than AR Rahman to make songs commercial hits and make songs a USP of any film? Only Rahman can do!

With Enthiran, everything adds to it. The Kalanithi Maran, Shankar, AR Rahman, Aishwarya Rai and Rajnikanth all add up to it. Not to mention the Rs. 200 crore budget, the all India attention and the seven thundering songs of AR Rahman.

Having been released in three languages with one in Tamil with subtitles, Enthiran makes it to the top of the charts in all the languages Tamil, Hindi and Telugu. Four songs are seen occupying the top four slots in every top 10 albums listed.

In the Music World’s top 10 songs, Kilimanjaro has been the number one for the last two weeks. In Mirchi’s Top 10 also, Kilimanjaro is the number one song. After Venus Records purchased the Hindi rights of the album Robot, Arima Arima and another song sung by AR Rahman have been topping the list with ‘Arima’s hindi version as the number one.

Music World also lists Arima Arima as the second topper with ‘Kadhal Anukkal’ being third and ‘Irumbile Oru Irudhayam’ as the fourth. Mirchi Top 10 also places the same three songs mentioned above on the fourth, fifth and sixth place. In Telugu, the songs of Enthiran have already been in the top seller list.

AR Rahman knows what best to do in which kind of film and that is why he and his song remains to be the number one everywhere.
