Actor Bharath In Simbu's Vaanam

Vaanam is the remake of the Telugu film ‘Vedam’ which Simbu has chosen to do after the Success of ‘Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaya’. Silambarasan was earlier signed in this film which would have Anushka playing the lead. The film is to be directed by the Telugu ‘Vedam’ director ‘Krish’.

Popular Cameraman ‘Nirav Shah’ will be doing the cinematography with Yuvan Shankar Raja playing the music. Films that have two or more heroes have been made in Tamil in recent times. This was not a phenomenon in Tamil but was a successful phenomenon in Hindi.

This is in fact beneficial for the producers for the fans of two of the heroes will hit the theaters leading to an increase in the collections. Bharath is playing the other lead role which was essayed by ‘Manoj’ in the Telugu version.

Casting Bharath was Silambarasan’s effort who wanted Bharath to play Manoj’s role. Bharath also liked ‘Vedam’ and hence he agreed to do the role with Simbu when he was called upon to do so by Simbu.

Avan Ivan is another two hero subject which is expected to hit the theaters soon. It is hoped that this trend will flourish.
