Nayanatara remained a vegetarian so long as she was shooting for Srirama Rajyam directed by Bapu and produced by Yalamanchi Saibabu on the banner of Sri Sai Baba Movies, where in she played the role of Sita.

Once Bapu expressed his apprehension about the mole on her lower lip as it hikes the sex appeal of the heroine. However, she refused to cover it because she had some sentiment attached to it.
