Sonia Agrawal Comeback In Cinema

After her splitup with director Selvaraghavan, Sonia Agrawal is all set to make her comeback in Cinema.

She will start-off with the upcoming film ‘Vaanam’ starring Silambarasan, Prakash Raj, Bharath, Anushka and Sneha Ullal. In ‘Vaanam’, Sonia will be playing the wife of Prakash Raj.

Interestingly Sonia was approached for the same role when the Telugu original version ‘Vedam’ was made.

But she did not accept the offer as she was so keen about picking the female lead by all means. Naturally, it’s a part and parcel of Tamil film industry where married actresses cannot make her comeback on female lead.

The actress also revealed that she and her husband parted as friends and if any future project needs them to both to work together, they are both open to it.

Sonia was last seen in the super-hit movie ‘Thiruttu Payale’ three years ago.
