Endhiran Postponed To September 30

This may worry the fans of Super Star Rajinikanth as the much awaited movie of the year ‘Endhiran’ has been postponed to a September 30 release as against September 24th according to reliable sources.

For the first time, Rajini has teamed up with beauty queen Ash in the scientific-fiction flick which is being directed by the most promising director Shankar of ‘Sivaji’ fame. With a budget of Rs. 200 crores, Endhiran is also the costliest Tamil film ever made.

Audiences are dying to see the two iconic stars setting the silver screen on fire but they will have to wait for some more time as the recent report suggests that the movie has been deferred due to some last minute patchwork.

A source revealed “Endhiran has 1500 graphical shots – a record in Indian cinema. If a movie has heavy graphics works like this, obviously it would be delayed,”

And there are rumours in the air that the movie might release on October 1st with 2250 prints in more than 2000 screens globally. All this marks Endhiran release as the second biggest release globally after Spiderman and the highest number of prints ever for a Tamil movie. A formal announcement for the same is expected to come soon.
