Lakshmi Rai is one of the ‘so-called’ beautiful actresses of Kollywood or even Bollywood who has had small timers’ films in her career. She has not had films worth mentioning except for ‘Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam’ where she was perplexed to even merely stand on the screen.
Then, Lakshmi Rai had to bite her hissy as Dhoni got married to Sakshi Singh Rawat. Lakshmi Rai now claims that she is part of the Ajith film ‘Mangatha’ which is to be directed by ‘Venkat Prabhu’.Neetu Chandra, being the heroine, is confirmed while Nagarjuna is expected to play a pivotal role in the film. Lakshmi Rai may be paired opposite Ajith or it may be a triangle as well which will be known once we come to know whether Lakshmi Rai is a part of ‘Mangatha’. This has to be confirmed by worthy sources such as ‘Ajith’ and ‘Venkat Prabhu’.
Currently, Lakshmi Rai is part of a Malayalam film titled Christian Brothers where she is acting opposite Mohan Lal and Lawrence is making a film called ‘Kanchana’ where she plays the heroine.
