Exclusive: Kamal Haasan's Manmadhan Ambu Story

Kamal is Manmadhan and Ambujam is Trisha who both would go on to make ‘Manmadhan Ambu’. Got the drift? But the story is different with Trisha not being paired opposite Kamal in this film as one would generally assume.

Madhavan is Madhana Gopal who is so smitten with Trisha and wants to make her fall into love with him. Poor Madhavan does not know if Trisha loves him and wants to know the same for which he employs a private detective. Here comes Kamal Hassan.

Trisha is meanwhile sent for a film shoot on one of the biggest ships where Kamal Hassan tries to find out the answer. Kamal Hassan is left with only seven days to complete his task. Whether or not Kamal Hassan does it is the story.

However, Sangeetha, Kamal’s spouse or girlfriend, misconstrues that Kamal Hassan is in love with Trisha. These hotchpotch of events make up the comical aspects of the film.
