Yes, Raj Network had acquired the satellite rights of Manirathnam’s ‘Raavanan’ and Home Video Rights as well for the record breaking price of Rs. 5Crores.It’s worth mentioning that Raj Video Vision will be shortly releasing the Blue Ray, DVD and VCD of Raavanan precisely by next month at a cheaper price.
The film is still ruling the box office by maintaining the position of No.2 as Madharasapattinam is doing at No. 1.
On the pars, Big Pictures will release the Hindi version’s home video by August. But the price of Hindi version will be more because it usually releases its produced films at around Rs.400/- or more than that.
