  • Maybe, it is too early to get on with Ajith Kumar’s next year’s project as the actor hasn’t started shooting for his 50th film Mangaatha. But, reports were that the actor had decided to get couple of his films released every year.

Director Vishnuvardhan had openly admitted that he has completed working on script for Billa-2 and is ready to kick-start the project whenever Ajith Kumar is ready. Later, there were some stories popping up that director AL Vijay had narrated a script based on period film, which apparently impressed the actor.

This has created more expectations about Ajith Kumar’s next plans. It was said that Vijay’s period film is based on trade and commerce during pre-independence era. It’s worth mentioning that Ajith Kumar was earlier signed to play lead role in Gautham Menon’s period-thriller Thuppariyum Anand and recently walked out of the project due to some difference of opinions.

Meanwhile, Dayanidhi Azhagiri of Cloud Nine Productions is planning to release the film Mangaatha in the Summer 2011.
