Harshavardhan, who is making his debut in a full-fledged role with the release of 'Moscowin Kaveri' today, is quite excited. Harshavardhana is the son of Y Gee Mahendra and nephew of Rajinikanth.
Acting was not the first choice for the youngster though he belongs to a family which has been in the cine field for quite some time. He was working as an assistant director to KS Ravikumar for 'Dasavathaaram'.Ravi Varman, who was handling the cinematography for the film, told him about a script he was working on ('Moscowin Kaveri' also marks Ravi Varman’s directorial debut). Harsha then consulted his dad and uncle who encouraged him to act.
Harsha, who holds degrees in commercial photography and video production, appeared before the camera earlier in some small roles. He acted as the photographer in the song 'Mukunda Mukunda' in 'Dasavathaaram' and has also acted in a couple of commercials.
The actor reveals that Moscowin Kaveri has an interesting plot and his character has some negative shades.
