With the signing up of the new movie 'Mangaatha' opposite Ajith, Lakshmi Rai has bagged another big role in her career. Directed by Venkat Prabhu, this 50th film from Ajith will also feature Nagarjuna in an important role.
Lakshmi is now extremely busy working simultaneously in meaty projects in Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil. She will have a Hindi release in coming days in 'Tere Bina Jiya Nahin Jaye'.Her immediate films in Malayalam includes the Mohanlal Starrer 'Christian Brothers', 'Casanova', ‘Yodha 2’ and Jayaram's ‘Makeup Man’.
Her new release in Tamil is 'Kanchana' which will get into theatres in a couple of months. Altogether, this seems to be the best of the days in the career of this glamour star, who has also become the most wanted ambassador in the Malayalam advertisement industry in a short time.
