Superstar Rajinikanth conducted his Sashtiapthapoorthi on Friday, December 10, his Naal birthday as per Hindu calendar.
The function started at 7.30 am and ended around 9.30 am, as ’Rahukalam’ was to start from 10.30am.
As per customs, Rajini tied the knot with Latha once more.
The guests at the function were all close friends and relatives. Early in the morning Rajinikanth had a special friend, Kamal Haasan dropping in to greet him and his wife Latha.
Chief Minister Karunanidhi and his son Deputy Chief Minister MK Stalin had spoken to Rajinikanth in the morning and conveyed their best wishes
