Asin seems to be inviting trouble. Knowing pretty well about the sentiments of south Indian film industry and the raging controversy over Srilankan affairs, Asin is preparing to go to to Sri Lanka to shoot with Salman Khan. The powerful FEFSI is fuming over Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi who openly challenged the bodies of South Indian Film Industry vis-à-vis attending IIFA Awards function held in Srilanka recently.
Asin’s movement to Sri Lanka is sure to evoke a hard response given the volatile situation prevailing in K-Town. Asin is expected to leave for Sri Lanka in the last week of this month for her film ‘Ready’ with director Anees Bazmee actor Salman Khan. ‘Ready’ is a remake of a Telugu hit by the same name. The film was originally scheduled to be shot in Mauritius. But after the IIFA Awards, Salman Khan showed much enthusiasm to change the location to Sri Lanka. Asin’s Hindi film has a defaulter in Salman Khan and if Asin joins the team, her Hindi film ‘Ready’ is likely to face the wrath of FEFSI.Asin, who is making a re-entry in Tamil with ‘Kaavalkaran’ opposite Vijay, might be in for a big trouble if she decides to go ahead with her plan to go to the neighboring country.
